Our co-ed recreation league ranges from U4 (age 3) to U18 (ages 15 to 17). The goal of rec league soccer is for children to learn the rules and skills of the game while having fun and enjoying some exercise.

Coaches are made up strictly of volunteers. Few have had formal soccer or coaching training, but all are asked to participate in our preseason coaching clinic. For more formalized soccer training from certified coaches, look into our Academy program.

Our travel program has several teams for both boys and girls in age groups that range from u12-u18.  Our players come from Putnam Co/Cookeville, Cumberland Co/Crossville, Overton Co/Livingston, White Co/Sparta and Smith Co/Carthage.
