UCUSC Academy for Fall 2014

2014 Academy Fall Session

UCUSC is pleased to announce its Fall Academy training!  UCUSC will be holding a Player Development Academy designed to help a player learn the basic fundamentals in terms of individual skills to continue progressing to further levels of soccer.  It is a great intermediate step when planning to go from Recreation play to Competitive (Travel) play.

A player can continue playing in the Recreational league while training in the Academy to develop more skills.

Who?     Any players age 8-12

What?  UCUSC’s Academy Program is designed to improve and develop the overall skill and technique of the individual player. Academy sessions can be used as the perfect building block between playing for fun and playing competitively for a travel or middle/high school team.

When?   Monday from 5:45pm -7:15pm on Field 5 – U12

Where?  Sessions will take place at the Upper Cumberland Soccer Complex.

Why?  UCUSC’s Academy training program is a great way for your child to learn skills, gain knowledge, and begin playing at a higher level. Cost is only $10 per session and each session usually lasts 75-90 minutes.

Field Information Hotline Updates

The field information hotline (931-526-6941) has been setup to give you another way of knowing if fields are open or closed for practices and games. We will also try to post the information on our web site.

The line will be updated by 1:00pm CST with either a “fields are OPEN” or a “fields are CLOSED” message. It will only be updated when their is a change in status, not every day.

This has been a very rainy season so far and we are doing our best to get information to all of our club members about field closures and game cancellations. Thank you for you patience and working with us through this rainy time.

CHECK IT NOW… look at the Field Status & Game Updates to the right for the latest information.
